A Proprietor is a special sort of Fellow that owns a business and keeps a generally favorable view of the Player Characters in the original game. If this fellow is used in other games they would be Neutral to +1 with the player characters in a new game.
When the Proprietor is created the start with a Tier 1 Humble Business in whatever town they decide to settle into.
During gameplay, the players can upgrade to the next tier through Investment (money donated to the organization) the Investment cost is: New Tier x 10 Gold.
