Formerly The Hollows, the town had been haunted by unquiet dead. The Fellowship in their travels banished the restless spirit of kind ruler of the land to free his spirit and allow the dead to sleep. They took on a new name and marked The Day of Quiet Dead as an annual holiday to celebrate the great work of the Fellowship and the founding of the new town run by council rather than all the town's obligations weighted on a single person.
- The Three Skulls Brewery & Mill is thriving. The traffic has expanded the waterfront with produce and beer being sent to Scathmire.
- The Three Skulls Tavern is now under new management (Kena) and now called The Ironbark Rose, little has changed except the decore is decidedly more comfortable for groups.
- Yawin gifted his old damaged boat to Kena who had it retrofitted to be a barge named the Cardinal Sin. She prefers to keep it anchored rather than docked.
- The town's Temple has been moved back to the top of the hill where it once again stands guard over the tomb and the town. It has exapnded with 4 permenant shrines: Clay, Heme, Wail, and Flow.
- Outside the temple is a small statue of a strange looking entity with a small plaque that says The Nightwalker
- Apothecarium Botanicalaris: a traveling apothecary moved in to provide medicine and healing when the town needed a Healer.
- Martial rAcrobatic Academy & Auditorium: Gremla and Beidor shut down the orphanage and bakery and have begun training the orphanage and bakery to open an acrobatics academy and train the orphans to perform.
- Elya's Crossing Spa: Ness who was once a fisherman in town, has built a small spa for weary travelers.
- Population growth as many people fled Scathmire after the collapse of the Rust Brothers temple and Alderan Trade Guild left town. The town was able to bring in the new population and grow the town
