Proprietor: Aserel of the Stillmist
Description: Just inland a bit from the port. Once the home of one of the first weathy merchants to arrive here. They were driven out by the locals and the strange tides that seemed to fill their basement and haunt their minds with dreams. Taken over my Aserel of the Stillmist and converted into business. The rooms have been converted to allow semi private groups to parting in sharing the dream-leaf ritual offered in addition. Most of the inner walls have been removed to create a large area with small couches and incense burning with the billowing plumes of leaf smoke.
At the far end is a bar where Aserel resides. She has a number of maskeds silent helpers who wear masks and robes to hide who they are. When you make a purchase with Aserel, her helps escort you to a location to partake and then assist you in the administration of the substances.
The masks are have a matte white finish to them, they are featureless, with two dark slits for the wearer to see from, but otherwise show only the vague representation of a face.

Getting to the Backroom requires an invite from Aserel. She is known to extend invitations to those she feels are worthy and capable.
